I wanted to thank you for running a great business! Yesterday,
David came out to check my mother's furnace. Everything was
okay, but he noticed how difficult it was for her to reach,
read and adjust her thermostat. Come to find out, she was using
a shaky stool to stand on to use it. David told her he would
not leave until he fixed the thermostat so she could use it
safely. I truly appreciate the extra effort put forth by David.

I would like to personally thank you for the pleasant experience
I had while selecting and having a replacement heat and air
system installed. My experience began with a very pleasant
receptionist who scheduled an appointment with a sales consultant.
On March 7th I met Rich B, he arrived on time and was very
professional, and he thoroughly evaluated the existing system
and made a few very good suggestions. On March 9th I met with
Rich and signed a contract for what I was sure was exactly
the system I needed. I was contacted by Betty and the installation
was scheduled for the 21st & 22nd. On the morning of the
21st your installation crew arrived right on time followed
by Rich. Rich introduced Jerry and Chris as my install crew
and went over the job with them. I have to complement you on
your choice of employees; I instantly felt that I had the best
team, bar none. Jerry and Chris displayed a very high standard
of work ethics; they were very concerned with every aspect
of their work. They were an absolute pleasure to have around.
Thy both had a common goal, to do the very best job possible
and be the best representatives of your company. I also must
complement the last member of the team, Kandi who performed
the duct testing and is just another wonderful employee. I
had a few questions regarding the testing and Kandi answered
them all. After having such a wonderful experience, it is no
wonder you have been successful. I believe success starts at
the top, but require the right employees to maintain that success.

especially those I had the honor of meeting.

Your install team was very courteous and always on time! Bryan's
engineering of the HVAC air handling componeuts was an excellent
example of design. Steve's tear-out and installation of the
new duct work was a dirty job . However the results are amazing!
The attic looks like the engineering bays on a starship. A
few more years of seasoning and both gentlemen will be top-notch
craftsmen.
